You have 14 days to return an item. Items must be unworn and unused, with the tags attached and in their original packaging. For items valued over €300, money will be refunded in the form of a voucher. If you are not sure about the size, please contact us at info@999eyewear.com or via live chat for help before ordering. To initiate a return, log into our website with your order email or email info@999eyewear.com for a return form and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be sent within 14 days. For late returns, please contact us for any adjustments. Please check your order upon receipt and report any problems immediately. If you ordered the wrong size, place a new order and begin a return for the wrong item. Once your return is received and verified, you will be notified.
