999 Eyewear Return Policy

At 999 Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns for damaged or incomplete items may not be accepted.

Premium Items (€300+)

For items valued over €300, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Initiating a Return

To start your return process:

  1. Log in to our website using the email you used for the order.
  2. Submit a return request through your account.

Alternatively, email us at info@999eyewear.com to request a return form and instructions for printing a shipping label. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Include the completed return form in your package.
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the item.

Late Returns

If more than 14 days have passed, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
